Why does a tenant keep contacting me after I have already archived or soft declined them?

When you softly decline or archive an enquiry we understand it can be frustrating to receive a message from the same tenants again.

This can happen when tenants send an enquiry through a different website than previously used or while not logged into their myRent account as we are unable to automatically link these enquiries for privacy reasons.

The best approach is to archive or softly decline any duplicate enquiries or ones that you're not considering.

Barbara Pullen should be banned from here. I will not let her view as feel unsafe in her and her husband's presence. First time I met her she called me a f..ck..g c..t in first sentence she spoke to me. This was when I politely asked her to pkease reduce the volume and language as she screaming swear words at husband outside a property last time. Time before I recieved around 25 abusive messages as I let property at first open home, when she was booked for second one. This time I have declined 4 times and she is still coming to open home. People literally leave when they see her and her husband there.
