The Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2019 requires landlords to provide all new tenants (and existing tenants where they request it) details of their property insurance.
If the rental property is part of a body corporate, landlords need to include relevant insurance information for both damage to the rental property itself, and the shared facilities.
