It gets all day sun and has lots of windows for natural light. There is a small sheltered private deck, and a verandah facing the beach. Quiet neighbourhood.

NEW KITCHEN with dishwasher will be installed. We are hoping it will be available 29 July but will confirm soon.

There is a modern stove and heat pump (HHS compliant, controllable from anywhere), thermal lined curtains, and blinds. These along with modern insulation keep it warm in winter. Fibre is installed and there is gas hot water.

Large courtyard at the front with plenty of off street parking (more secure). Garden shed for storage of bikes, surfboards etc. No garden to maintain, but there is a vege box if you wish to plant this. Lots of dry storage in the roof, but need a ladder to access.

Close to Burwood Hospital, Bottle Lake Forest (cycling, running, walking), and QEII pool/gym. Two bus stops near-by – routes 80, 135.

Non-smokers please. Pets: 1-2 cats are ok (cat flap installed). Sorry, no dogs, as the fence isn’t dog proof. Maximum of 2 people.

Unfurnished, though a fridge, Queen bed, drawers, storage cupboards, and drier may be available.

Optionally, utilities (power and gas) can be included for an extra $50 / week.

This home is managed directly by the owners. We use My Rent to list and do background checks. It is initially for a 12 month fixed term tenancy.
