This large two-level home is a coastal retreat just 500m from Big Manly Beach and Little Manly Beach. Located in the heart of Manly with the cafes and restaurants just a 30 second stroll away. This house is all about entertaining with a large coastal kitchen which leads out to a covered deck with drop downs perfect for those chilly nights. Downstairs the second lounge with kitchenette leads to the tropical patio area. BBQ under the fairy lights, Manly Beach house has it all.

Upstairs you are first greeted by the large white coastal kitchen with large centre island perfect for entertaining. This leads to the large private upper deck which has remote louver Tec roof which can be completely opened to let in the sun. The deck also has drop downs for rainy nights. There are 2 living rooms both with large cozy leather couches , built in tv and an electric fireplace is a relaxing space to enjoy after a day at the beach.

There are three bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs . The master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe is a large bright room with big windows has a queen bed. The tranquil master bedroom also has a wall mounted tv and plenty of storage. The large family bathroom with deep tub and rainfall shower head is next down the hallway followed by the 4th bedroom with another queen bed and walk in wardrobe.

The outdoor living space is mostly covered with fairy lights covering the ceiling and festoon lights strung through the palms. The Weber BBQ is ready for use. There is a kids play hut too for the kids to enjoy. Along with the hot and cold outdoor shower perfect for washing away the sand from the beach this outdoor tropical space offers everything you need to relax and live that laid back beach life.
