Rice Lodge is a fully furnished, fully fenced and security gated Hostel comprising of 8 high quality living quarters. Not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age because it is a shared facility.

All rooms and Cabins are at least double or larger.

Pricing per room: $200 per week
Power and water: Extra $25 per week for fair use.
• Couples welcome for extra $60 per week.

Move in Costs two weeks rent and two weeks bond $920.00

Each area is fully furnished and made up in the following format:

Rental for each room includes the following:
• Shared use of all common areas fully fenced. Common area furnishings and services include a lounge suite, dining suite, microwave, fridge, iron, vacuum, and more...
• Fully furnished bedroom including a bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror and a chest of drawers in each bedroom.
• Weekly cleaning of all common areas
• Basic household sundries
• Ground maintenance and mowing
• Self-managed and fast responding property maintenance

1 weeks bond, two week in advance before moving in date.
