Our newly relocated home is nearly ready for a new tenant. This house has been recently fully renovated making this house pretty much brand new. New paint, flooring, cabinets, deck, curtains etc. It's warm, dry and clean.

Close to Whangaroa Golf Course and 5mins away from Totara North boat ramp. 30mins to Waipapa, just under 20mins to Coopers Beach.

The house is situated on a beef farm and is nearby our cattle yards and sheds with multiple hazards so we are looking for quiet and trustworthy tenants that stick to themselves and understand rural life in order to minimize on farm risks. The driveway for the house is shared with the main farm driveway, there will be farm machinery and cattle around at times, horses and farm owners/workers, the driveway gate must stay closed, no wandering off the rented property site etc.

- We can negotiate outdoor dogs, must have a kennel for sleeping. No cats.
- Potential for tenant to lease horse grazing at an extra cost.
- Potential for casual paid farm work helping out for the right person with farm skills.
- We are open to fixed term or short term tenancies.
