The studio shares a landscaped section with the main house (although not attached) which is owner-occupied by quiet non-smokers. There is one space in the double garage for your vehicle. You're welcome to enjoy the garden. There are beehives, fruit trees and a productive herb & vegetable garden.
Cashmere Road, Westmorland is popular because if it’s rural location. There are bush reserves and the Cashmere stream to enjoy. It’s popular for cyclists and connects to Christchurch’s Port Hills Adventure Park.
