The property is shared with a three bedroom house just up the hill, which is rented separately to a carefully-chosen tenants.

Pinehaven is a 5-min drive/15 minute walk from the Silverstream precinct with train station, New World supermarket, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, bakery/cafe, two primary schools and a secondary school.
