Internal parking is available in the two-car garage, easily carry the groceries in from the car to the kitchen.

Pets considered: a bird, fish, possibly one cat.

10 minutes north of The Base, Te Rapa. The Te Awa River Ride is walking distance, perfect for an early morning walk or weekend bike ride. If you feel like more of a challenge the Hakarimatas are nearby too.

Fully-fenced backyard. Home is fully-furnished, bring your own soft furnishings e.g. bedding and towels.

RENT: $670/week includes fibre broadband, lawns mowed and a green waste bin. Power additional, to be paid weekly.
