Cycling to City Campus takes 30-40 minutes and is mostly on safe cycle paths. Also nearby are the Waterview School, Western Springs, Auckland Zoo and Pt Chev shops, as well as Avondale Sunday Market in the other direction.
This is our beloved first home and new carpets, neutral paint pallet and an efficient heat pump were put in 3 years ago. The neighbours are lovely people and there is a cat Ash (although we call her Tuuli) that visits often. We hope you will enjoy the house and the neighbourhood as much as we did. We can supply whiteware and basic furniture if needed. Rent is $750 per week. Move-in costs include 2 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond. Pets are ok but we will say no thank you to smokers.
