It has been a very popular residence with the tenants occupying continuously for many years. It has good size bedrooms, and a smaller one with a bunk bed loft. It has 2 bathrooms (one upstairs & one downstairs), and a big social & sunny downstairs lounge . A Heat pump is installed to keep you warm. The exposed wooden floors through out provide plenty of character. There is a small court yard at the rear which is a great place to store bikes and surf boards, or have a BBQ.
Its a fun neighbourhood with lots of cafes/eateries, public transport, schools, Wellington airport, super markets/ shopping, Wellington CBD is close by, as is Weta Digital, & the Wellington Hospital. The beach is a few hundred meters walk to the waves. The house is insulated and heated to healthy homes standards. For a group of 6, this is great value Wellington accommodation in a fantastic beach location.
