Single room available in a 3 bedroom flat, Rua Kai Way, Brooklyn. Located in a lovely and quiet residential area nestled in the hillside, just a quick walk from Brooklyn central!

Utilities bill isn’t included in rent price, rent is currently $231.25/week. Flat includes front loading washer and dryer, and kitchen and living areas are completely furnished.

29 and 39 Buses stop right at the end of the street, and the 7 and 17 from Brooklyn central; so plenty of transport options. One parking space per flat, but plenty of roadside parking on Ohiro road, and visitor carparks also available!

Other roommates are 21 male, 26 female and 30 male. All working currently, with different schedules. We love to chat whenever we're all in the shared lounge / kitchen!

Security deposit is $900. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, sorry.

About the room
Room is large enough to fit a queen bed with space for other furniture such as a desk or small shelves, leaving plenty of space to walk around between. Room came with a desk, some shelves, an oil heater, and queen bed (wardrobe is built in).

The room overlooks the hills with plenty of greenery, and lots of sunlight enters the space too. Not too windy since it's nicely tucked away in the valley.
