Owner's family live in the other side of the house and have 3 cats living outside. Please don't apply if you don't like a cat because our cats love to follow people when you walk in the garden like a dog.

Parking space is available in front of the unit.

Rental fee $320 per week for a single person including water and internet.
Or $370 per week for a couple including water and internet.
This unit has own electricity meter so the electricity fee will be charged every month depending on your usage.
Bond fee is 4 weeks rental fee.
And rental fee must be paid in advance and on time.

Short term or fixed term also available.
Forgot to mention that this unit is only little bigger than the normal bedroom so not suitable for living with a child sorry. And no pet please.
