If you're starting a tenancy, myRent can assist you in preparing bond lodgement forms, and even collect and lodge bonds on your behalf with Tenancy Services.
Unfortunately, we don't support partial bond lodgements at the moment. We are working on a solution that would support situations like bond top-ups (when rent increase takes place), or in situations when the bond is transferred from another tenancy and the difference needs to be collected and lodged.
We're hoping this feature will be released in the coming months.
