Here is a quick link to go to your Tenancy archive

Under the Residential Tenancies Act s123A (1), landlords must keep copies of certain tenancy documents for the duration of the tenancy and 12 months after the termination. These include:

  • Tenancy agreement and variations
  • Inspection reports
  • Copies of advertising
  • Notices and correspondence between a landlord and a tenant or prospective tenants

Before the expiry of 12 months, we will send an email to you, reminding you that the data will be deleted and providing links and the opportunity to save any documents you'd like to keep.
