What do I do if I can't find good tenants through my listing?

If you're struggling to find tenants through your listing we recommend to focus on improving your listing.

We have a few suggestions for you to help improve the number of enquiries.

Provide a more detailed description of the property: This will help to paint a better picture of living at the property and perhaps the area. The more detailed the description the better and more interesting it is for people.

Photos: The more photos the better. A successful listing usually has 10-20 photos that show the property clearly and in detail. If you have more photos I would recommend you upload them as this can help a lot. Consider changing a hero image to attract fresh interest.

Add features: adding some more features to your ad (the little ticked items) can give a better overview of what's on offer.

Showcase special offers: Consider offering incentives like one-week free rent, free Wifi, Water included

If you implement the above we have no doubt it will help in generating more interest for your listing.

Good luck with your listing and feel free to reach out should you have any further questions.
