Step 1: go to your chosen Tenancy
Step 2: go to the Rents page
Step 3: select Adjust rent
Step 4: select Rent collection method
Step 5: select Hands free rent collection and press next
Making this change will generate a notification that goes to your tenants that advises them of the change and provides them with the new payment details to use.
We do recommend reaching out to your tenants just to double check they are aware of the change of payment details.
Both the landlord and tenants can find their current payment details on the rents page of your tenancy under View payment instructions
