This property is an avocado orchard, plus other feijoas and citrus trees. The avocados are harvested once a year, plus a couple of sprays throughout the year which are far enough away from your house.

Owners live in the main house on this property with school aged children. This is a QUIET, private and respectful place.

We are open to discussing pets e.g. cat, an outside dog may be suitable. For example a cat: MUST be friendly around children if our kids were playing on the property and the animal was around. We also have a cat.

Please note: This property is on the market and has been since March 2024. However, we purchased this property while the cottage was tenanted and the same tenant remained so this does not necessarily mean you'd have to move out if sold. Potential buyers are made aware of the tenants in the cottage. You must be open to potential buyers looking at the property and occasional open homes - we would give you as much notice as we could.
