A very quiet house available with 2 bedrooms, living area and separated bath and toilet. The house comes unfurnished.
We currently have 2 cats as life-long tenants living on the property and would need to be taken care of.

There is also a well maintained garden with an abundance of fruit and vegetables that would need to be cared for. (I.e. avocado, peach, figs, blueberry, Meyer lemon, rasp- and boysenberries, apricots, strawberries.. to name a few)

We are looking for max 2 people. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for any other animals.
