This beautiful house has 2-3 large living areas, and 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 walk-in wardrobes and an ensuite, and the main bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Front and back porches capture the morning and afternoon sun respectively, and there are established gardens including roses and fruit trees.

The house is fully fenced, and we are amenable to pets. It is ideally located - close to town, the hospital, Russell Street school, Boys' High School and all amenities.

The ceiling has recently had extra insulation added, and two of the living areas have gas heating and the third has a heat pump. Whiteware includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We also have some other furniture available, if required.
