We think you'll love living here. It's private, warm, spacious, clean, and tidy. This house is in a prime location and we'll do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

From the moment you step inside, you'll find your own little haven, safe, secure, and yet just metres away from the Hataitai shops and public transport to the city.

You'll enjoy the internal access single garage, the grand lounge, the three double bedrooms, the two spacious bathrooms (one upstairs and one down), the private courtyard, and the large kitchen with its big windows. The partially double-glazed home has been designed to maximise space, sun, and natural light.

Bedrooms differ slightly in size/features -- downstairs is one with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and only one room has a built-in wardrobe.

The ducted heat pump and HRV system will keep you warm and cosy. But if you need to cool down, the lounge doors open where you can step outside or let the summer breeze flow through the house.

Up to six people can comfortably live in this home. And the low maintenance, easy-care section means you can just sit back and relax.
