Tucked discreetly behind a large hedge, this appealing, 1940s fully-renovated cottage is just a few minutes walk away from Little Oneroa Beach, and a 15 minute walk from Oneroa Village. The large section has lawns, fruit trees and abundant birdlife. There's a separate garden studio with bathroom, a north facing verandah, and the expansive deck off the kitchen allows for a choice of two lovely outdoor dining areas. There's also a sun-room/conservatory for yet another space to relax in.

For city-workers, catch a bus which stops just outside the house to the ferry, or drive the 5 minutes down to the terminal. For work-from-home types, there's a complete office set-up in one of the bedrooms inside.

This dreamy house is available short term from May 15 to mid July (while we're away). We're looking for caring and responsible people who like cats, as our wee man will be keeping an eye on things at home.
