This two bedroom flat is in a great location. The bus is just outside the door and takes just over 10 minutes to get to the city. Great school zones, too!

The lounge has great nature views over beautiful trees, a playground and a nature resort and its a short walk to the Otari-Wilton Bush reserve - very peaceful and beautiful.

The flat comes with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a large storage room and the kitchen / living space is open plan.

Before the current tenants moved in about 2 1/2 years ago we painted the whole flat; put in is a commercial style heatpump which keeps the flat toasty during winter; and bought a new dryer for the flat. We have also recently replaced the stove and the flat comes with a washing machine as well.

The flat is in a 3 flat house - the neighbours on the top are all considerate tenants.

We are in the process of finalising a big repiling job under the house so there is still sort of a mess at the bottom of the house. However, it has not affected the current tenants at all as the work is not noisy and there is no work outside business hours.

There is sufficient parking at the bottom of the flat and the flat also comes with one car park - at the bottom of the stairs.

We are looking for tenants like our current ones - take care and look after our place and of course pay rent on time. The flat is not suitable for dogs but we might consider house trained cats.
