Self contained fully furnished flat is clean & tidy, walking distance to the local Howick beaches and Howick village with great shops, cafes & bars and local supermarket is just 600 meters walk away with a 2 minute drive or an 8 minute walk. There is a bus stop is at the top of our street.

The flat has newish carpet, a newish kitchen and bathroom vanity and is freshly decorated, bedroom has 1 x king bed, wardrobe, sofa bed, flat screen TV with sky - spacious flat with your own laundry, kitchen & bathroom.
There is also a brand new heated pool that is fully secure that is available. We also have a Spa pool but not currently on.

The amount for rent includes, power, water, internet. The place is suitable for two people maximum.

Please tell us a little about yourself and unfortunately no pets allowed. You’re welcome to use the pool but other guests/friends are on request. We live in the main house at the front and have 7 and 8 year old kids who are very friendly and also have family cat and very friendly dog. Street parking available directly out the front of the house.

We are looking for credible references but also someone that can gel right with us.
