Your weekly rent includes power, water and free wifi and all grounds maintainance.

You will benefit from off street parking and extra security provided by electric front gates.

The layout of the open plan living, kitchen (extracter fan) and dining is perfect for easy living and the large kitchen provides ample storage and bench space. It has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
The pantry houses all crockery etc.
Currently configured as a two bedroom home, the master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and sliding doors onto the sun drenched verandah.
A queen size bed with side table and lamps and both winter and summer linen are provided.
The second bedroom has a king single bed and storage, bed side table and lamp. Linen provided if needed.

Comfort levels are enhanced in the home with a heatpump. The bathroom has a heater, heated towel rail, extractor fan and extra storage.
The laundry is tucked away behind doors in the bathroom and comes with a washing machine.

The verandah comes with outdoor chairs and a small table and receives all the afternoon sun all year round.

To rent this property you will require references, two weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks rent for bond. There is also an additional $50 bond for two electric gate openings which is returned to you at the end of your tenancy when the remotes are returned.
