We're looking for 1 or 2 new flatmates / co-tenants for the DOUBLE room.
$270 per week for one person. +$70 per week for second person in same room. (=$340 per week for two people, ie $170 per week each)

Private balcony – overlooking Queen St and K-Road, with views to distant hills.

Supplied with beds, linens, duvets, pillows, side-chairs, chest of drawers, reading lamps and wardrobes.
Double bedroom is currently set up with a double bed, but this can be swapped for a bunk-bed (with single linens, duvets, etc), if wanted.

Apartment comes with: oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine - and - a separate tumble dryer.

Chattels include: crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, etc.

Body Corp rules prohibit smoking or pets. Lovely on-site building manager.
Rent includes cold water and hot water. We share the electricity and internet (fibre) costs. 10 per week per person, currently paid to landlord.

Good bus connections. K-Road cafés and bars are 100m away.

3 weeks bond. 1 week rent in advance.
