The house has a really nice and northeast facing with lots of sun. Comes with a backyard great for outdoor dining and gardening. Washing Machine and Dryer included.

Lots of privacy and ideally suit single or professsional couple. Rent (large room) for a couple will be $390 per week. Couples will have their own bathroom with a bath and shower. If a couple rents one room then I will not take on another person. Maximum people living in the house will be three.
