There is a log burner in the lounge (wood available) and electric water heating, cooking and dishwasher.
The house is over the road from the bus stop, and close to the motorway into Wellington (CBD 8min drive). Drive on access to double carport.

There is a modest easy to maintain garden, vege patch and lawn. Gardener provided. There is a lockable outside shed ideal for storing bikes and other equipment.
