I have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate laundry. Polished timber floors, open plan living and dining. Living and dining flow to the private deck and yard via bi-fold doors and windows. Two of the bedrooms also have direct deck access.

Mt Maunganui beach is a 2m walk via the beach access lane adjacent to be property and accessible via a gate in the backyard and it is a 10m walk to town. If you are looking for the beach lifestyle, this is for you. Private driveway with carport, ample parking and garden shed.

Small pets considered on application.

Please respond with details about your proposed tenancy (occupants, a brief description) to be invited to inspect. No open inspections will take place out of respect for the current tenant's privacy. Please note the maximum adult occupancy on this property is 3.

Note: Water usage rates are not included in rent and are paid by the tenant (quarterly).
