Studio apartment in character building $295pw. On Putiki Dr, walking distance to town. No parking available. Single person only. We are looking for a quiet, friendly, respectful and honest person to reside amongst the other residents and our airbnb guests. The studio can be part furnished, and the rent covers the rubbish as well. There is an onsite laundry and a few shared decks and a communal outside area. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on site.
The studio has been recently refurbished (kitchen and bathroom) and repainted with new carpet in the main area. It will be 4 weeks bond and one week in advance.
We live onsite and have a lovely group of tenants here who all respect one another, the majority of whom are employed.
Unfortunately we do not have room for anymore cats on site. It is not suitable for any size dog. The apartment is located at the back of the building and does not have any views.
