This recently refurbished one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is ready for someone to call home. The carpeted bedroom is roomy with a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shub (shower over small bath), large vanity, and toilet. The laundry area is tucked away in a separate closet space.

Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with an air-conditioning unit for comfortable living all year round. The kitchen is new with a dish washer and pantry.

Off street parking is in front of the cottage. A small garden shed, rotary clothesline and compost bin are part of the property.

Located in easy distance to bike trails, Haumoana Cafe, Haumoana Domain and Haumoana beach. It's only a short 5 minute drive to the local four square and takeaways and less than 15 minute drive to Hastings and Napier.

This is a periodic tenancy and suitable for a single person or a couple. Pet(s) possible and should be included in an application. Non smokers preferred.
