It is a cosy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom place with a generous front yard.
The rent is $470 (power included) and is based in Papakowhai, Porirua.
Bond is 4 weeks rent + 1 week rent in advance
There is 1 off street park.
The property manager is looking for someone to fill in the last approximately 6 months of the tenancy and will accept a small dog or cat.
Tenancy can be extended further at the end of the 6 months.
I am able to do both in person or remote video call viewings if needed.
