"This flat is perfect for couples or single tenant who long for a home in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and numerous amenities. The flat is spacious, full of storage space. It is also well-furnished with all essential equipment. The view you can see from the balcony is stunning that you can enjoy peaceful sea view (also a perfect spot for seeing firework shows :] ). Matt is an amazing landlord, very kind, warmhearted and helpful. We have lived here for 1.5 years. It’s a shame that we have to leave the flat because one of us got transferred to Auckland for work."
