Our fully furnished lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on Rodney Rd, will be available for over 3 months from 10 July to 20 October this year. It will be fully set up with everything, all you need to supply is bed linen and towels. It is in a heritage area close to the city, cafes, bush walks: public transport and good schools. Our home has a small fully fenced garden that will be looked after by a gardener during the tenancy period. It is a very private urban oasis.
Ideally, we would like to rent it out for the whole period but are happy to negotiate the timing for the right tenants. Pet negotiable. Rent is $850 per week exclusive of power, water and internet.
