Really good sea views, 2 double bedrooms with wardrows, downstairs flat, old large kitchen and bathroom, very big living area, off-street car park right next to the front door, outdoor garden and lawn, heatpmp. there is an upstairs flat with very quite person living there, no-load music or parties ever please this is a quiet place . All past tenants have stayed for a long time 5yrs plus , current tenants have brought a house. Mature persons only for long term lease if possible please,.Sorry about the bad photos, it has really good sea views from the living area and kitchen but is below avarage condtion inside, tenants wellcome to do there own redecorating.
