Self-contained flat for 1 or 2 people adjacent to our newly built family home in a quiet neighborhood near the Tucker Beach Reserve. Main bedroom has queen bed, and there is an additional queen Tiltaway bed in the living room/lounge area for the occasional guest during a brief visit. Flat has 1.5 bathrooms, full-sized laundry facilities, fully equipped deluxe kitchen, 55-inch smart TV with Sky and super-fast wifi included. Very warm home + Spa pool + beautiful private terrace+ Great views of the Shotover River and Coronet Peak. Just show up with your clothes and your car/bike and everything else is provided, including off-street parking for 2 cars.

No smoking inside or out. No parties. No noise after 10pm. We have a dog (and you potentially may be allowed to bring yours). Flat will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and you are responsible for post-tenancy professional clean upon departure.

$700 per week including heat, power, Sky, wifi. 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance. Rent paid weekly in advance thereafter.
