You will actually pay less on each power bill in comparison with a home without such a sleep-out since the sleep-out tenant pays a portion of the bill's daily cost along with his electricity usage. 

The house has 5 bedrooms, one bedroom has an ensuite that can be used as a communal bathroom for having two accesses. Spacious kitchen and lounge are open plan and spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher. All bedrooms are doubles.

The garage is double. There is very good outdoor space for relaxing, a concrete space at the backdoor is great for outdoor furniture. The back section is fully fenced and gated, so is the front section.
