This home is available to rent from 20 September 2023. We are well suited to corporate rentals or a small family. Our last two groups and current group are families who have immigrated to NZ from South Africa and Asia.

The Master Bedroom has a walk thru wardrobe to the ensuite bathroom. During the summer months its beautiful to slide the balcony doors open and look out over the large gardens. The Master also has a heat pump.

The kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances including a dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and induction hob. The white stone kitchen island is the perfect spot to sit and entertain. This is an open plan room that also accommodates a dining room table and chairs and a small leather lounges suite. This room is the central entertaining hub of the house.

In the second bedroom you will find a Queen Bed, built in wardrobe, office desk and this room also opens on to a balcony which looks out over heritage NZ Bush.

The main lounge is super comfy with a 6 seater cream leather sofa and a large flat screen Smart TV. This room also has a heat pump and opens out onto the expansive gardens.

Both the ensuite and guest bathroom have underfloor heating and walk-in showers with stunning Italian floor to ceiling tiles.

This home is a little gem and all who stay, love the place. We are less than 5 minutes to Albany Westfield, Massey University, Kristin College and so handy to the northern motorway - yet sitting on your balcony you will feel miles away from the rat race and all you can hear is bird song. Its a peaceful and lovely place to be.
