Would prefer professional couple (or similair scenario) so the house doesn’t revert to a flat, instead of a home.

Gardener will be provided, lawns could be negotiated. Also a cleaning service could be provided/ negotiated.
House will become available on the 9th March. Term negotiable, but 12 month minimum preferable
