All have built in wardrobes and one is lockable. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.
The laundry is equipped with a large washing machine and dryer. It also has a tub. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is large with a huge French door fridge, lots of storage, a dishwasher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and equipment you can think of. There is also a coffee machine and a few pods to start you off.
There is a separate large dining room with a table and six chairs. The lounge is large with seating for 5 or more. A large TV and DVD player is for your use.

This house is sunny and warm. Comfortable for 5 flatmates (a couple in the ensuite and singles in the other rooms). Also would be great for a growing family with plenty of beds of your choice.

Since it is a fully furnished place that are additional pricing choices for you.
Three month or more lease with power included is $980 per week.
Six month lease without power is 920 per week.
One years lease without power (as in the pricing above) $900 per week
I will also look at renting it by the room to a maximum of 5 quiet respectful tenants. $240 per room for three of the bedrooms and a couple for $350 or a single for $280 in the master ensuite room

All options have unlimited wifi and furniture and equipment included.
If required I could replace the two singles with a double and /or take out beds for those renting by the room if they have their own bed.

Otherwise furniture can be removed but same rent applies
