Sleep-out and caravan for rent in a quiet, sunny area in Avondale. The house is quite spacious with an open plan kitchen & lounge and a separate bath/shower and toilet. There is a nice sunny outdoor area which is great for BBQ 's in the summer. It's a very relaxed, no stress, quiet setting with off street parking available.

The sleepout is situated in the garden in a lawned area with views of the stream. The facilities in the main house are available for use at all times. Rent is $200, including power, water and internet.

The caravan has its own sink, fridge, bench-top stove and microwave. The bathroom and toilet are in the main house. Rent is $180 including water, power and internet.

I enjoy having friends over from time to time for a social evening of board games and music. I also have an adorable cat called Tommy. There is a beautiful bush walk nearby and views of the stream at the bottom of the property.
