Soon to be available, we are looking for Long term tenants for our cottage in Western Heights, Rotorua. Situated at 42 Bell Road, this is the front house on the shared driveway. The property is Healthy Homes compliant and heated with a permitted fireplace.

Small but mighty, the property has a master bedroom with attached en suite, and the other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom. The living room and kitchen are open plan.

Maximum occupancy 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children as it really won't suit a largerfamily. Please fill out a pre-tenancy application or send us some information about yourselves as this will help us prepare a shortlist. We want all adult occupants to be on the lease to prevent issues down the line. Please include some information about your pet(s).

We are pleased to offer a pet friendly rental, however the nature of the property will only lend itself to cats or a small indoor dog as it is a small section and not fully fenced. Our ideal tenants will be considerate of the neighbours, tidy and will treat the house as their home. Preferably non smokers.

The house can be viewed from the road side, but please do not enter the property.
