We’re looking for working professionals to share a 2-bedroom unit (ground floor, independent entry) in Woodhill. The unit features 1 bathroom and 1 living area, with parking available.

Please excuse the mess in the pictures; we will be moving to the upstairs unit once it’s ready. Details can be discussed in person along with viewing the second bedroom.

Details:

• No pets, no smokers, no families (sorry) – working professionals only.

• Rooms:
o Larger room: Includes a queen-size bed and mattress (optional) and a separate cupboard. Rent: $350/week.
o Smaller room: Includes a double-size bed and mattress (optional) and a separate cupboard. Rent: $250/week.

• Furnished: Fridge, washing machine, dining table with chairs microwave, kettle, TV with Smart Vu stick, cutlery, plates, cooking pans, fan, and heater.

• Convenient location: Close to the hospital – ideal for hospital staff. City center and grocery stores are just a 5-10 minute drive.

• Rent includes: Unlimited fibre WiFi, power, and water.

Move-in Costs:

• 1 week’s rent in advance.
• Security deposit: 3 weeks' rent.

Expectations:

• The house must be kept neat and tidy.
• Ideal flatmate should be tidy, quiet, and considerate – no party animals, please.
• Beds can be removed if you’re bringing your own.
