Flatmate Wanted – Woodhill

We’re looking for working professionals to share a 2-bedroom unit (ground floor, independent entry) in Woodhill. The unit features 1 bathroom and 1 living area, with parking available.

We will be moving in the upstairs unit by the end of January. Please note that some of the furniture shown in the pictures is not included.

Details:

• No pets, no smokers, no families (sorry) – working professionals only.

• Rooms:
o Larger room: Includes a queen-size bed and mattress (optional) and a separate cupboard. Rent: $275/week.
o Smaller room: Includes a double-size bed and mattress (optional) and a separate cupboard. Rent: $225/week.

• Furnished: Fridge, washing machine, dining table with chairs microwave, kettle, TV with Smart Vu stick, cutlery, plates, cooking pans, fan, and heater.

• Convenient location: Close to the hospital – ideal for hospital staff. City center and grocery stores are just a 5-10 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood.

• Rent is exclusive of expenses including electricity, gas & fiber internet.

Move-in Costs:

• 1 week’s rent in advance.
• Security deposit: 3 weeks' rent.

Expectations:

• The house must be kept neat and tidy.
• Ideal flatmate should be tidy, quiet, and considerate – no party animals, please.
• Beds can be removed if you’re bringing your own.
