There are two fully furnished apartments for you to choose from, smashing brand new. Both are similar internally, the downstairs one has a fully fenced courtyard, the upstairs one has a balcony.

The kitchen is spacious, a dishwasher is underneath the oven. It's open plan living, the bed can be folded up to turn into a couch. There is also a separate seater couch. A dining table with two chairs is provided. The furnishings are all brand new.

Being at the city centre you will feel and smell the city's energizing vibe. Plenty of goodies the city has to offer are within a short walking distance. There is no on property parking space.
