There is 2bedrooms 1 bathroom with a garden and an outdoor kitchen on the ground floor for rent. The rooms include whiteware and basic furniture: two beds, one super-king bed and the other queen bed. Bonus for the ground floor is with back yard fully fenced and gated. It suits 2-3 people to living. My husband and I will live on the upper floor. We have the entrance gate for the whole site, but the access to each floor is totally independent and entirely private, with no shared areas.
Rent will be 460pw including water, power and internet. It is located on the north shore, easy to go anywhere.
