Near public transport with buses 3-4 minutes walk and trains a 20 minute walk. Remuera shops with supermarket and amenities 15 minute walk. Newmarket short bus ride. Plenty of car parking on the road. 20 minute stroll to Orakei Bay Village, Train Station, Reserves, Orakei Basin Boardwalks, Upland & Benson Road shops, and eateries. A bus stop is just a few minutes away with the bus route to the local Remuera shops and CBD.
