A warm, comfortable family home with amazing views. Five minutes drive to Tahunanui Beach and a 10-minute drive to town. Tahunanui Kindergarten and Primary School are a short walk down the hill. This is my family home so it is well-insulated and fully Healthy Homes compliant. Heating is a powerful enclosed fire. A small deck off one bedroom but a wide conservatory with views over Tasman Bay and the Western hills off the lounge. Plenty of room for cooking, dining and socialising. Gets the afternoon sun to the last drop. A good, sheltered outdoor area behind the house. The garden has citrus, apples and grapes. I would be looking for a one-year rental term initially.
