A huge double bedroom in a sunny 2 bed flat is available for a two month short term rent. The flat is spacious and homely, and comes with one flatmate and a cat.

The room gets great sun but has blackout curtains so you can sleep soundly. It has a large closet and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and desk.

The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The living area and kitchen are well-sized and decorated.

We have a large deck out the front that benefits from sun throughout the day. We have a huge outdoor sofa ideal for lounging and enjoying the deck garden.

Being up the hill from Aro Valley we have city views out to the harbour. The room is available as the current tenants will be going overseas for a while. Both tenants (who will be in the other room for a month each) work at Victoria University of Wellington, are tidy, respectful housemates.

All bills included in rent including internet and utilities.
