It is furnished with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heat pump, and a microwave. The bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes. Any of the following optional furnishings can also be included (no extra cost): Queen bed, Single bed, 2x couches, Dining table, Dining chairs, and various shelves.

A covered, secure car park is available in the building basement if you wish for an additional $75 per week (ie, the rent for the apartment including the car park would be $750).

The apartment complex has a pool which is free to use.

We would ideally like a stable long-term tenant or tenants to call this apartment home.
