Located on a rural lifestyle property just out of Kirwee township. This is at least a 20min drive from Hornby.

The cottage is a cute 47m2 so not suitable for more than 2 or 3 tenants. The second bedroom is a small single or would make a great study. A heat pump keeps it cosy in winter and a ventilation system means no condensation.

There is off street parking. Garaging may be available by negotiation at extra cost. The cottage is not fully fenced.

We are looking for respectful, quiet and clean tenants who we can get along with. No smokers or pets. $400 per week, includes power, gas and Starlink internet. The usual tenancy checks and references will be required.
